Refund policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and exchanges are NOT accepted.
If there is an issue with your purchase order, please contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery so we can assist you. If there was an error made on our behalf, the order must be returned and inspected on our behalf. This also must be done within the same 24-48 hours upon delivery. We are not responsible for scratched, dropped or mishandled products. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If this does happen to occur, please contact us and we will assist you in any way we can.
